Bedding & Sleep (blankets, swaddles, sleep sacks, pillows, nightlights): 3-5 business days
Baby Health & Wellness (vitamins, supplements, baby massage oils, gripe water, colic relief): 3-7 business days

- Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. - International Shipping

- Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. We accept returns for the following product categories:

Keepsakes & Memory Books
Outdoor & Playtime Gear
Gifts & Baby Shower Items (excluding personalized items)
Non-returnable items:
Baby Health & Wellness (opened vitamins, supplements, baby massage oils, gripe water, colic relief products) for health and safety reasons.
Pacifiers & Teethers (due to hygiene concerns).
Cleaning & Laundry Products (if opened).
- Return Timeframe
You may return eligible products within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, returns will not be accepted. - Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact us at mailto:support@babycareng.com with your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Our customer service team will provide instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
Ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging.
- Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. - Exchanges
